It's a possibility since I believe Nail got his dormant power awakened by Guru. As far as how much power is in him--I really dunno. That's kinda hard to tell. |

Gohan has the highest potential in DBZ and he didn't even get 2x over Super Buu (it was like 1.5 or so b/c Gotenks + Super Buu overwhelmed Gohan), so there's no way Ultimate Piccolo's getting near that level. Piccolo had already fused with a warrior Namek and reunited with his other half in addition to his normal, all out training. By Cell saga, I'd say he'd reached his maximum. If there were any left, I'd say he'd surpass SSJ Goku and SSJ Kid Gohan @ Cell Games but he'd be lucky to match FP Cell |

He may make it far due to being Fantastic. If he were Fabulous Piccolo, his eccentric style would blitz the entire gauntlet before laying the smackdown on Vegetto. On a serious note, considering he seemed to hit a wall in the first Rosat trip compared to the four Saiyans, his potential is likely a lot less. In which case, the highest I could see him clearing on this gauntlet is Pure Boo, and that's assuming a well aimed Gekiretsu Kodan completely envelops Boo. |

Well, think about how much power he gained simply from training with Goku and Gohan for three years. He jumped from below the Base Saiyans to at least half of Super Saiyan Vegeta's power. Then he fused with Kami and became complete, so to speak. After that, he trained in the Room of Spirit and Time for a year and improved many-fold, but chose not to go back in a second time. It looks like he just maxed out to me. |

He probably trained and got a little stronger, but not by anything extremely noticeable. If he was somewhere near Cell Games Vegeta, by the Boo arc he probably passed him up by a bit but still lagged behind Cell Games Goku. |

It's not possible to max out in the dbz universe. Plus I think people's potential increases over time. I think the more you train, the more power you get in reserve as well as the power you receive from training. Edited by POOHEAD189, May 23 2013, 06:25 PM.

It's was likely more of a temporary wall, considering how many times characters believe themselves to have hit their limit, yet completely outclass such with more training or different methods. (eg. Kuririn stating he could never hope to match the Ginyu Tokusentai, yet completely outclassing them via statements a few hours later, or Vegeta believing his Zenkai from Dende's healing to be his limit.) |
